Avantes has added a new member to its EVO series: AvaSpec-ULS4096CL-EVO. This spectrometer replaces the CCD detector with a CMOS detector and also uses our newly launched AS-7010 circuit board, which provides a USB 3.0 communication interface and data transfer speed 10 times faster than USB 2.0. It also has a Gigabit Ethernet interface, allowing customers to integrate the spectrometer into their company's internal network and perform long-distance data transmission. In addition to high-speed communication capabilities, the EVO spectrometer also has a faster microprocessor and a 50 fold increase in memory capacity, allowing customers to store more spectra and achieve more functions on the circuit board.

The sensitivity enhancement lens for the detector is provided in the ordering options, which can improve the sensitivity in the range of 200-1100nm; Eliminating second-order diffraction filters to reduce second-order diffraction effects. In addition, AvaSpec-4096CL-EVO offers a variety of slit, grating, and fiber optic connectors for customers to choose from. It comes with AvaSoft Basic software, USB cable, and user manual. AvaSpec-ULS4096CL-EVO can also be used as an OEM spectrometer, such as optional optical platform or rack mounted installation type. Due to its 4096 pixels, this spectrometer is highly suitable for high-resolution applications such as plasma and LIBS.
