safety protection

Automatic zeroing protection measures: The equipment automatically returns to the zero position safety state in the non closed state;

Zero limit start protection: It can only be started after the voltage regulator is reset to zero to prevent the generation of transient surge voltage;

Door interlock protection: The safety door in the high-voltage test area can only be started when it is closed. When it is opened, the high voltage will be automatically cut off to prevent people from accidentally entering and getting electrocuted;

Limit switch protection: Set up upper and lower limit switches to test the voltage within the zero and full range range range. During the voltage regulation process, the high voltage will be automatically cut off when the limit is reached to prevent voltage from exceeding the range;

Overvoltage and overcurrent protection: The voltage and current thresholds can be set arbitrarily within the full range, and the high voltage will be automatically cut off if the threshold is exceeded;

Air circuit breaker protection: The equipment is equipped with a main power air switch to prevent short circuit overload in the test main circuit or control circuit, and to effectively cut off the power supply when overcurrent, overvoltage and other protective measures fail;

Overload and melting protection measures for fuses: Install fuses in the test control circuit to effectively melt the power supply of the control circuit in case of short circuit faults or other situations in the control system;

Emergency stop button: The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button to quickly and effectively cut off the power supply of the test circuit in case of dangerous situations such as fire;

six Structure and Composition

This system consists of two parts

1) Control section. The breakdown instrument host is equipped with an electrical control system to control the rise and fall of high voltage, measurement, start and stop of tests, identification and tripping protection of breakdown and flashover, judgment of test termination, and display of data.

2) High voltage testing section. Composed of experimental transformers, protective resistors, electrode systems, etc.
