ASCO solenoid valve -2-way 2/2-ASCO210 series

ASCO solenoid valves are used in various industries to control the critical flow rates of air, gas, water, oil, and steam. ASCO's product range ranges from two position on-off valves to flow control systems that affect thousands of users. ASCO's RedHat power management technology sets new industry standards for reliability and power consumption, accepting both AC and DC voltages while improving performance. These 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way solenoid valves can handle most fluid control applications and have now passed Level I and Level 2 certification.

ASCO also offers a complete product line of routine services, isolation, clamping, proportional valves, and manifold components for medical devices, analytical instruments, and industrial applications. ASCO microvalve products are assembled and 100% factory tested in equivalent ISO Class 8 cleanrooms. ASCO's extensive solenoid valve product line also includes nuclear products, marine solenoid valves and pneumatic valves, modular gas shut-off valves, composite valves, slide valves, redundant control systems, and electronically enhanced next-generation valves. In addition, ASCO's world-class engineering team can work with you to create high-quality custom assemblies for any application.

Two way solenoid valve is a step-by-step direct pilot solenoid valve, which can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different open and closed states when the power is cut off.

Principle:

When powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing component off the valve seat, and the valve opens; When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing member against the valve seat, causing the valve to close.

When the electromagnetic iron of the solenoid valve is energized, the connecting rod is lifted, which drives the shaft to rotate and opens the auxiliary valve. Due to the opening of the auxiliary valve, the pressure fluid in the upper part of the main valve cup is discharged, so the pressure in the lower part of the main valve cup is higher than that in the upper part, which pushes the main valve cup upwards. After the main valve is opened, the upper and lower pressures are equal, and the valve cup is placed in a balanced state under the action of electromagnetic force and upper and lower pressure, and the valve is opened. When the power is cut off, under the self weight of the armature and the action of the return spring, the auxiliary valve is closed. After the auxiliary valve is closed, the pressure on the upper part of the main valve cup rises and presses the main valve cup down, achieving the function of cutoff sealing, and the valve is closed.

characteristic

It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure, but the diameter generally does not exceed 25mm.

There is a sealed chamber in the two-way solenoid valve, with through holes at different positions, each leading to a different oil pipe. The middle of the chamber is the valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The magnetic coil on which side is energized will attract the valve body to which side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes will be blocked or leaked out. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes. Then, the oil pressure will push the piston of the cylinder, which in turn drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical motion is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.

High temperature resistance: using metal hard sealing to increase the operating temperature. The temperature of the medium fluid can reach 425 ℃, and it is wear-resistant: the material selection is reasonable, and the valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly utilize the lubrication effect of the fluid to reduce wear. The lever principle is used to ensure the isolation between the coil and the valve body.
