  • Each sample can be programmed for testing, reducing analysis time

How does AQ700 work?

The SEAL AQ700 uses four robotic arms, four sample disks, and two stepper motor-driven injectors to work together to extract, distribute, and mix samples and reagents evenly into the reaction well. The sample and reagent react in the reaction trap according to the programmed time. The reaction products will be transferred to a static optical quartz colorimetric cell for detection, and the absorbance of the reactants will be read on a fixed optical platform to ensure better signal-to-noise ratio. The reaction time is programmable, ranging from a few seconds to tens of minutes, to achieve equilibrium in chemical reactions. It simulates manual methods and flow analysis methods with bubble barriers, ensuring lower detection limits and better reproducibility.Another robotic arm is used to transfer the reaction products from the reaction trap to the colorimetric cell for measurement. In this way, the samples are always read at the same position on the detector and in the same colorimetric cell, eliminating errors caused by moving scratches on the colorimetric cell and differences between different colorimetric cells in the direct reading colorimetric system. The color pool itself does not move, so less movement means higher reliability.useinnovationThe probe cleaner can be used to clean the outer wall of the sampling needle when the probe moves up and down, preventing it from contaminating the next liquid. After each absorbance reading, the colorimetric cell is automatically thoroughly cleaned to eliminate carryover or cross contamination.
