AA100-SEAL Continuous Flow AnalyzerWorking Principle:
The AA100 continuous flow analysis system consists of an automatic sampler, peristaltic pump, chemical analysis module, detector, and data processing software. Samples and chemical reagents are continuously pumped into the chemical analysis module through a peristaltic pump. Uniform and consistent air bubbles are simultaneously injected into the chemical analysis module, forming uniform reaction fragments that mix and react in the glass ring, and reach reaction equilibrium. The colored liquid is transferred to a colorimeter for colorimetric analysis. The control software records the peak height and compares it with the standard curve to calculate the actual concentration. Due to the continuous flow of the system and the automatic sampler constantly sampling, a continuous stream of measurement results for each sample can be seen on the software screen.
