Technical Features

1. Automatic grinding, polishing, and cleaning: The clamping disc holds 3-8 samples, completes a single process according to the selected process template, and automatically moves to the next station. Through grinding, polishing, and cleaning processes, the metallographic sample is prepared in one go;

2. Wide coverage of materials: The grinding and polishing effect meets the requirements of metallographic observation experiments for specimens such as alloy steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, etc;

Compatible with multiple specifications for higher efficiency: meeting the processing efficiency of 10-30 minutes per set of samples (alloy steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, etc. with diameters of 22-28mm and diameters of 30mm and heights of 20mm-30mm);

4. Automatic Spray Polishing Droplet: During the grinding and polishing process, cooling water is automatically sprayed and polishing solution is automatically added;

7. There are three working modes: automatic, single process, and manual

(1) Automatic mode: Based on the characteristics of the sample material, multiple sets of processes can be customized and called, each set of processes including 5 grinding and polishing steps and 5 automatic cleaning steps.

(2) Single process mode: According to the requirements of metallographic sample preparation, a single workstation can be selected to grind and polish the sample, and process parameters such as grinding disc and grinding head rotation speed, grinding head rotation direction, grinding time, grinding pressure, etc. can be defined.

(3) Manual mode: Independently control the start and pause of 5 grinding or polishing stations and 1 sample cleaning station to meet the needs of manual sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and cleaning.
