Adjustable static blades refer to the use of inlet guide vanes to adjust the wind pressure and volume during operation of the fan. The structure of the fan is relatively simple, with a lower rotational speed than the adjustable axial flow fan with moving blades. When the unit frequently operates at low loads, the decrease in fan efficiency is greater than that of a dynamic blade adjustable axial flow fan. The static adjustment fan is limited by its characteristics, and the efficiency of the fan's small device will not exceed 86.5%.

The linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotor of the static regulating fan is lower, and its adaptability to the inlet dust content is better than that of the dynamic regulating fan. When the dust content is below 400mg/Nm, the blade life exceeds 20000 hours. The structure of the static adjustment fan is relatively simple and requires less maintenance. The rear guide vanes are the main wear-resistant parts, usually designed to be detachable and easy to replace. At the same time, after 1-2 major maintenance periods, the impeller blades can be replaced 3-4 times on the original hub, further extending the life of the impeller.

The static regulating fan adopts rolling bearing grease lubrication, the bearing seat adopts forced ventilation cooling, and the electric regulating mechanism. Compared with the oil station lubrication and hydraulic regulation of the dynamic regulating fan, the operation and maintenance cost is lower.
