| ACSL5 基因位于人类 10 号染色体，属长链酰基辅合成酶家族，编码催化长链脂 肪酸与结合的酶，生成脂肪酸酰基 ，参与脂质合成（如甘油三酯）和β-氧 化，调控能量稳态。该基因在肠道（占肠道总 ACSL 活性 80%）、肝脏、胰腺等代谢活跃 器官中高表达，主要定位于线粒体与内质网，通过“困住”肠细胞内脂肪酸防止反向扩散， 确保脂肪吸收效率。 功能上，ACSL5 通过激活“回肠制动”通路促进饱腹感，抑制肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及脂肪肝；其表达水平与肿瘤预后相关，高表达可抑制胰腺癌、非小细胞肺癌增殖，低表达则预 后不良。此外，纯合 ACSL5 变异可导致先天性腹泻和肠病，需营养治疗。 | |
