Cruise function: The automatic/manual cruise function is integrated, and users can choose according to their needs. It takes 8 seconds to enter the cruise mode, stabilizes the driving speed, and does not require joystick control.

Mode switching function: Users can switch between electric mode or power assisted mode.

Anti theft alarm function: Designed with the introduction of automotive grade remote control anti-theft concept, the stability of anti-theft is higher. In the alarm state, the motor can be locked, and the sound effect of the alarm horn is over 125dB, which has a deterrent power. And it has self-learning function, with a remote control distance of up to 150 meters without any errors.

Reverse function: The controller has added a reverse function, which becomes ineffective when the user is riding normally; When the user parks, pressing the reverse function button can assist in reversing and the reverse speed can be adjusted

Repair method:

1. When the electric vehicle has a brush controller but no output

(1) Set the multimeter to the+20 (DC) position and measure the high and low potentials of the output signal from the brake lever first.

(2) If there is a potential change of more than 4V in the brake lever signal when the brake lever is pressed, the brake lever fault can be ruled out.

(3) Then, according to the commonly used interface function table of the brushed controller, perform circuit analysis with the measured voltage value of the main control interface logic chip, and check whether the values of the peripheral devices (resistors, capacitors, diodes) of each chip are consistent with the markings on the surface of the components.

(4) Finally, if there is a malfunction in the peripheral devices or integrated circuits, it can be resolved by replacing them with devices of the same model.
