AA500-- SEAL Continuous Flow AnalyzerIt mainly consists of an automatic sampler, high-precision peristaltic pump, chemical analysis module, colorimeter, and data processing software. The automatic sampler is controlled by a computer program to accurately extract samples according to a pre-set sampling program (including position, sampling time, cleaning time). The high-precision peristaltic pump accurately delivers samples and reagents in a quantitative manner. The peristaltic pump injects the reagents into the chemical reaction module in a predetermined order, and uniformly and uniformly injects air bubbles into the chemical analysis module. Each sample is divided into 20-30 segments to form the same sample. Samples and reagents are mixed through inert glass rings in the chemical analysis module and can be filtered and diluted by dialysis devices. The reaction is accelerated by heating with a thermostat, distilled by an online distiller, digested by an online digester, extracted by a phase separator, and color developed by reacting with a color developer. All reactions are completed in the chemical analysis module. Finally, the colored liquid is transferred to the colorimeter for colorimetric analysis. The control software records the peak height and compares it with the standard curve to calculate the actual concentration. Due to the continuous flow of the system and the automatic sampler constantly sampling, a continuous stream of measurement results for each sample can be seen on the software screen.
