Add 2 drops of Kovac's reagent to 8-IND well to confirm the relevant microbial identification results |

Add 2 drops of H2O2 reagent to well 11-CAT and observe the formation of bubbles |

Take droplets from the 12-Y/M well and observe yeast and mold under a microscope (400 ×) |
