Instructions for Use
1. Place a 96 well plate containing a mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on a magnetic plate.
2. Let it stand for 30-90 seconds until the magnetic beads are drawn to the bottom of the 96 well plate.
3. Carefully aspirate the liquid with a pipette or pour it out directly. Choose to retain or discard the liquid according to the experimental requirements, and remove the magnetic plate to complete the magnetic separation operation.
Cleaning and disinfection
75% alcohol or 1% sodium hypochlorite can be used for disinfection. After disinfection, wipe dry in a timely manner and do not soak in water or other liquids.
Notes:
1. Do not use in environments exceeding 70 ° C (122 ° F). Avoid exposure to external magnetic fields. 2. Magnetic plates contain strong magnetic fields,. When using, please keep at least 0.5 meters away from steel products, such as blades, tweezers, etc., and keep them away from magnetic plates to avoid danger.
