2. Type and selection

Selection Tips:

If used for automated operations, pay attention to the compatibility between film thickness and robotic arm (recommended 0.1~0.12mm)

3. Key points for operation and use

Film sticking technique:

Operate inside the clean bench and wear powder free gloves

Slowly peel off the backing along the tangent line to avoid contamination of the adhesive layer

Starting from one end, use a pressure film plate to "cross scrape and press" to eliminate bubbles

Timing of film removal:

Remove the film before adding samples, changing fluids, or testing, and immediately reseal after the operation

The peeling time should not be too long to prevent the liquid inside the hole from being exposed and causing evaporation

Storage conditions:

Unused film should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place to avoid high temperature and humidity
