2、 Details introduction:
The 9-38 type fan has a large flow rate and moderate pressure. This fan is designed to work in the high-efficiency zone of industrial boilers during variable operating conditions, achieving energy-saving goals. This fan is suitable for being equipped with an economizer (preheating device) and a smoke and dust removal device. It is an efficient and energy-saving product jointly designed by the fan energy-saving group of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and promoted by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency zone. Industrial boilers with a capacity of 5-35 tons/hour can be selected for those with similar inlet conditions and suitable performance, but the high temperature should not exceed 250 ℃. Installing a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% in front of the induced draft fan can reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. This not only reduces the pollution of the flue gas to the environment, but also reduces the wear and tear of the fan caused by smoke and dust, which is beneficial for extending the life of the fan.
