working principle

The 80G frequency modulation radar level gauge can be divided into frequency modulation continuous wave radar level gauge and pulse wave radar level gauge based on microwave waveform. The principle of FM continuous wave radar level gauge is that FM continuous wave radar uses FMCW (frequency modulation/continuous wave) system, installed in the tank top level gauge. The FM electromagnetic wave signal is transmitted to the surface of the object through the antenna, and the signal returned by the measured surface is received by the transmitting antenna and compared with the instantaneous frequency signal emitted by the antenna. Due to the continuous variation of signal frequency according to certain rules, the comparison of signal frequency is proportional to the linear distance from the antenna to the object plane. By integrating measurement signals and tank shape parameters and performing geometric processing, accurate horizontal height and residual information can be obtained. Mainly used for high-precision and high-end products with measurement accuracy of 0.1% FS or even higher. The high level of the ash storage box is 2/3 of the height of the ash storage box, and the high water level collection cover should be greater than 500 millimeters.
