SI6200 Battery AnalyzerNot only is it a charging and discharging device, but it is a research grade equipment that comes standard with AC impedance function (non multiplexing function) for each channel. The testing scope can cover materials, button batteries, supercapacitors, and microbial fuel cells, among others. SI-6200, with 10 parallel channels, can meet the testing of energy devices up to 10W.

Instrument configuration
Independent module usage
The SI 6200 module can be used independently, and I can expand it to 10 modules and 120 channels using a cabinet
Greatly reduce space and cost. Recommend configuring uninterruptible power supply (UPS) network storage (NAS) options to provide backup power functionality. If a cabinet is needed in the later stage, users can purchase and configure it separately.
experiment type
SI 6200 can perform many different types of testing methods and is widely applicable to lithium-ion batteries, sodium ion batteries, fuel cells, and supercapacitors.
High speed data acquisition (all channels)
SI 6200 uses data direct storage hard drive technology to store data directly from the network port on the hard drive (without the need for computer intervention). The following advantages can be provided:
All channel data collection and storage can be carried out at high speed (1000 samples/second)
All channel transmission rates are not limited, allowing for precise capture of all experimental details, such as pulse experiments
Computer downtime does not affect the operation of the experiment, and data storage continues as usual because the computer is not involved in data collection and storage
EIS function is standard on each channel
All channels of SI 6200 are equipped with built-in strong impedance function, which can perform impedance testing synchronously without switching to a multiplexer, ensuring AC impedance capability.
High current capability
The SI 6200 module provides 10 independent test channels, each up to+/-200mA, with a voltage range of+/-3V to 10V. The 10 channels can be synchronously connected in parallel to the battery up to 2A.
Floating mode
Standard external grounding ensures the grounding of battery samples and enables multi-channel parallel operation.
cabinet
All cabinets can be equipped with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to ensure the safety of module power supply. This enables the system to restart from the point of power failure. This function can perform multi data analysis to calculate the cycle tests that each battery needs to undergo when starting from a power outage point.
Each cabinet contains a 24 port router, computer, SI-6200 module, and VTI EX1401 data acquisition device. Each cabinet can be configured with up to 12 SI 6200 modules, and sufficient interfaces are reserved for other devices to connect.
Environmental experimental cabin
The ASPIRE software of SI 6200 integrates environmental experimental chambers, such as ESPEC. During CC-CV, Cp CV, and EIS testing, the software can control temperature and humidity parameters. More environmental laboratory drivers can be added.
The temperature and humidity data collected by the environmental testing chamber have been integrated into the ASPIRE software for analysis.
data collection
ASPIRE software is compatible with AMETEK VTI-EX1401 data acquisition device. The software can also collect temperature and voltage data along with electrochemical data. For example, temperature parameters can be associated with the electrical signal of the battery.
Thermocouples with different ranges are available for selection.
Other data collection devices are also very easy to add and integrate.
