Drying of items: Industrial dehumidifiers have strong dehumidification capabilities, especially suitable for drying and dehumidifying paper boxes, cardboard boxes, printed products, wood, medicine, dried fruits, seafood, leather shoes and other items. They can effectively remove internal moisture from materials, dry quickly, and save energy.

3、 Industrial dehumidifier selection

Measure the volume of the space used, area * height (converted to usable area based on 2.6 meters after measurement).

Consider the humidity range you need. The humidity range for storing general items is around 60%, while the humidity range for storing precision instruments and valuable items is around 50%.

The humidity range for general storage is configured based on 1-1.2 times the usage area per liter of dehumidification capacity;
The humidity range for storing valuable items is configured according to the usage area of 0.6-0.8 times the dehumidification capacity per liter;
Of course, the proportion of usable area can also be appropriately increased, but the larger the usable area, the longer the dehumidification time required.

4、 Precautions for using industrial dehumidifiers

When there is adhesion or dust on the surface of the body, it can be cleaned with soapy water, avoiding gasoline, petroleum spirits, solvents, etc., to prevent paint peeling or discoloration.

The filter screen should be cleaned regularly (about once every two weeks) to maintain the dehumidification and dust removal efficiency and lifespan of the machine, while avoiding bacterial growth.

The instrument should be cleaned with water regularly, about once every two months according to the dust situation, to ensure dehumidification performance.

When not using the machine for a long time, please unplug the power cord, clean the machine according to steps 1, 2, and 3, wrap the machine in a packaging box, and store it in a cool and dry place.

5、 Dehumidifier manufacturer introduces the reasons for the poor dehumidification effect of dehumidifiers and how to perform self inspection

1. Is there any obstacle in front of the air inlet of the dehumidifier.

2. Is the humidity set by the humidity control switch appropriate.

3. Is there any blockage in the heat exchanger of the dehumidifier. Whether there is dirt or corrosion on the evaporator (especially in harsh workplaces, pay special attention).

4. Whether the air filter is clogged is very important, as once the intake air is affected, the dehumidification effect will be very poor.

5. Is the temperature in the room constantly increasing or decreasing. The low temperature in the room can affect the dehumidification effect, and it is even possible to not dehumidify. If the temperature in the room is low, a heater can be used to improve the dehumidification effect of the dehumidifier.
6. Is the air volume set to the "low air" position.

7. Is there a significant source of moisture inside the house.
