LKS523 is a 600V high-voltage half bridge gate driver chip developed and manufactured by Lingou Chuangxin. It is mainly used to drive high-voltage high-power MOSFETs or IGBTs, packaged in SOP8, and suitable for high-speed hair dryers, high-voltage fans, pumps, stepper motors, and other applications that require high-voltage driving.

Capable of withstanding working voltages up to 600V

Stable performance under negative transient voltage

The range of gate drive power supply is 10V to 20V

Compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V input logic

UVLO can be achieved on both the high and low voltage sides

Built in 100ns dead time

The LKS05 series MCU is a cost-effective motor motion control chip series launched by Lingou Chuangxin for the motor drive market. Integrated instrument level fully differential programmable gain amplifier+differential ADC, capable of processing positive and negative signals without voltage bias; Integrated synchronous dual sampling 3Msps 12BIT high-speed ADC, integrated full temperature range 0.5% voltage reference source; Integrated 96MHz 32BIT CPU, trigonometric and square root operations can be completed within 100ns; The working temperature range is -40~105 ℃, and the internal RC clock deviation within the full temperature range is within ± 1%. The chip pins are subjected to contact discharge through 6KV human body model pins and undergo 15KV non-contact air electrostatic discharge testing.
