Tank structure: effective volume of 1L, ex situ sterilization, working pressure of 0.1Mpa; Main material: a combination of high borosilicate glass and 316L stainless steel; Equipped with dedicated sampling and discharging valves for fermentation tanks, and standard interfaces such as exhaust ports, temperature probe ports, pH probe ports, DO probe ports, defoaming ports, seed transfer ports, and feeding ports;

Air intake filtration: using deep ventilation, maximum ventilation volume: 1.5VVM; Secondary filtration, precision 0.2 μ m Sartorius sterilization filter, capable of independent sterilization;

2.9 Complete set of fermentation process control system for lower computer

2.9.1 It can detect and control the stirring speed, temperature, feeding, defoaming, pH, and DO of the fermentation tank, especially for accurate detection of cumulative gas production and instantaneous gas production rate, which can be corrected and controlled in the software engineer interface. The manufacturer provides a copyright registration certificate for the data analysis software to ensure that it is protected by the manufacturer's independent intellectual property rights (not third-party software), without any other defects in its rights, and does not infringe on any intellectual property or trade secrets of any third party. The 10 "widescreen color LCD touch screen, programmable controller, and one controller can simultaneously detect and control the corresponding parameters of the fermentation tank; All control aspects adopt intelligent PID control, with high control accuracy and parameter self-tuning control algorithm.

2.9.2 The on-site human-machine operation interface adopts a LCD touch screen, with advanced touch feel and a fully Chinese operation interface. It has functions such as digital setting, quick calibration, data storage, over limit alarm, and password setting.

2.9.3 The controller is equipped with a USB serial port, and users can copy the fermentation process parameter values and connect them to a printer on other computers for printing.

2.9.4 Function description of on-site control system:

1) Can detect and control the stirring speed, temperature, pH value of the fermentation tank;
