1、 Details introduction:

The 6-31 series fan has the characteristics of high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency zone. It is used in forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and is widely used for conveying materials and air. The product features high temperature not exceeding 250 degrees Celsius. Suitable for flow and dust removal ventilation systems in high-pressure heads.

2、 Product features:

1. Capable of outputting high exhaust pressure with low noise. Capable of stable operation at higher medium temperatures.

2. The regulating door can be used to flexibly adjust the pressure and flow rate of the fan during operation. Variable frequency motors can also be selected to adjust the pressure and flow rate of the fan by changing the speed.

3. The cooling method for bearings should be based on the gas temperature and usage environment conditions, selecting low-cost water cooling or oil cooling with better heat dissipation performance. For extremely high temperature operating conditions, electronic coolers can also be installed to protect the reliable operation of the fan system.

4. 6. The welds of the impeller and the main shaft have undergone ultrasonic testing to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects, ensuring strength.

7. After production is completed, it has undergone operational testing and vibration value detection, ensuring reliable operation.
