一、详情介绍:
6-29系列产品具有效率高、性能曲线平坦、耐磨损、工作稳定性号等特点；性能优异，能够输出较高的压力，可用于输送常温或高温的不可燃性气体和颗粒/粉末/碎屑/纤维物料，常用在大型除尘系统、工业废气的脱硫脱硝、大型工业锅炉系统、大型工业旋窑/煅烧窑系统、矿粉烧结（烧结机）等大型工业系统中。
二、产品特点：
1、能够输出很高的出气压力，并能够工作于较高的介质温度下，适用于*需要输送高压&高温气体的工业场合。
2、根据客户性能要求定制设计，并经过CFD技术优化，能耗低于同类机型。
3、叶轮和主轴的材料，我们会针对不同的介质温度和工作转速，选择使用高强度碳素钢、低合金钢、耐高温合金钢、耐高温高强度合金钢，使叶轮和主轴在高温下仍然保持可靠的强度。
4、对于含尘气体，经过特殊处理后的叶片表面硬度可以达到HRC60~70，能够延长叶轮寿命3倍以上。
5、各部件间适度结合面间配合紧密，密封性能好，确保输出压力不会降低。
6、叶轮经过退火处理，消除焊接时产生的结构内应力，确保叶轮不会发生外形蠕变(creepage)和产生裂纹。
7、叶轮的焊缝和主轴经过超声波探伤，确保没有焊接缺陷和材料缺陷，保证强度。
8、叶轮经过高标准的动平衡校正，确保风机运行稳定。
9、生产完成后进行试装配，确保各部件之间没有干涉。
10、提供现场安排指导服务。
