1、 Details introduction:
The 6-29 series products have the characteristics of high efficiency, flat performance curve, wear resistance, and working stability; Excellent performance, capable of outputting high pressure, can be used to transport non combustible gases and particles/powders/debris/fiber materials at room temperature or high temperature, commonly used in large-scale dust removal systems, desulfurization and denitrification of industrial waste gas, large-scale industrial boiler systems, large-scale industrial rotary kiln/calcination kiln systems, mineral powder sintering (sintering machine) and other large-scale industrial systems.
2、 Product features:
1. Capable of outputting high exhaust pressure and operating at high medium temperatures, suitable for industrial applications that require the transportation of high-pressure and high-temperature gases.
2. Customized design based on customer performance requirements and optimized through CFD technology, resulting in lower energy consumption compared to similar models.
3. We will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high temperature resistant alloy steel, and high temperature resistant high-strength alloy steel for the materials of the impeller and spindle according to different medium temperatures and working speeds, so that the impeller and spindle can maintain reliable strength at high temperatures.
4. For dusty gases, the surface hardness of the blades after special treatment can reach HRC60~70, which can extend the life of the impeller by more than three times.
5. The appropriate fit between the joint surfaces of each component is tight, with good sealing performance, ensuring that the output pressure will not decrease.
6. The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to eliminate the structural internal stress generated during welding, ensuring that the impeller does not undergo creep and crack formation.
7. The welds of the impeller and the main shaft have undergone ultrasonic testing to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects, ensuring strength.
8. The impeller undergoes high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
9. After production is completed, conduct trial assembly to ensure that there is no interference between the components.
