Overview

The 5W reed horn is an electroacoustic transducer device that, under the action of changing current, uses a changing magnetic field in a high resistance voice coil in combination with a permanent magnetic field to act on the armature piece (reed) in the coil, and pulls the phosphor copper piece through a traction rod to drive the paper basin to produce sound. Used in various electronic devices such as alarms and speakers.

Product Details

5W tongue spring hornIt is an electroacoustic conversion device that, under the action of changing current, uses a changing magnetic field in a high resistance voice coil combined with a permanent magnetic field to act on the armature piece (tongue spring) in the coil, and pulls the phosphor copper piece through a traction rod to drive the paper basin to produce sound. Used in various electronic devices such as alarms and speakers.

Main parameters:The magnetic field strength of a typical reed horn is 0.5-1 Tesla.

Coil parameters:The number of turns of the coil is usually 200-300 turns, the diameter of the enameled wire is 0.15-0.2mm, and it is wound on a plastic frame with a resistance of about 7-8 Ω 1.

Impedance:The common impedance is 8 Ω.

Sensitivity:It can reach 90dB/W/m1.

Frequency response characteristics:The frequency of reed speakers is only suitable for playing language sounds, and cannot truly reproduce sounds with rich high and low frequencies such as music. They are used in various electronic devices such as alarms and speakers

These speakers are used for audio alarms. In the past few years, environmental requirements were strict, and the paper basin inside the speakers produced a lot of dust. We were afraid that the paper basin factory would shut down and we couldn't buy them, so we bought a lot. Now that the demand for audio alarms has decreased, we can only find ways to clear our inventory, even if we lose money and transfer them to those in need.
