The material is crushed into fragments smaller than 20mm by a crusher, and then sent to the storage hopper by a bucket elevator. It is then quantitatively fed into the main machine for grinding by a belt feeder. The four grinding roller devices suspended on the plum blossom frame inside the host chamber rotate around the central axis, and the grinding rollers swing outward under the action of centrifugal force, thereby pressing the grinding ring tightly, and the grinding rollers simultaneously rotate around the grinding roller axis. The material lifted by the rotating shovel is thrown between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and is crushed and ground by the rolling of the grinding roller. At the same time, the high-pressure and high flow airflow generated by the open circuit (full negative pressure) high-pressure blower induced draft system mixes with the crushed powder to form a high concentration airflow, which enters the classifier at the upper part of the host for sorting. Those that are too fine or too coarse still fall into the main machine for re grinding, while those that meet the specifications enter the pulse collection system with the airflow. After collection, they are discharged through the discharge pipe to obtain the finished product. The purified airflow flows into the blower through the pipeline at the upper end of the pulse collection system. The air duct is open circuit (full negative pressure), and except for the blower, the airflow in all other pipelines flows under negative pressure. The hygiene conditions in the workshop are good.

1Host optimization design:Raise the grinding roller and ring, and increase the size of the shovel to enlarge the grinding surface and increase production. The grinding roller device adopts the new design of DF type floating oil seal for coal mining machinery to prevent dust intrusion, which extends the refueling cycle, significantly reduces maintenance time, effectively improves production time, and increases output.

3The classifier has high classification accuracy:The classifier adopts a built-in large blade cone turbine classifier, and the particle size of the finished product can be adjusted freely within 80-400 mesh, which improves the classification accuracy and airflow passing area.

4Collector improvement:The PPCS offline pulse dust collector is used to collect finished products, and the dust is cleaned offline in separate rooms to prevent the phenomenon of "re adsorption" of dust after cleaning. The dust collection efficiency is ≥ 99.9%, and the system operates under full negative pressure, which is environmentally friendly and hygienic in the workshop and reduces environmental pollution.

5Fan improvement:The blower adopts a professional manufacturer's integral high-pressure centrifugal fan, which is easy to install, has stable performance improvement, and doubles the air pressure, greatly improving the pneumatic conveying capacity.
