The material is crushed into materials smaller than 20mm by a jaw crusher, lifted to the storage hopper by a bucket elevator, and then quantitatively fed into the main chamber for grinding by a belt feeder. The main chamber is supported by four plum blossom racksgrinding rollerThe device rotates around the central axis, and the grinding roller swings outward under the action of centrifugal force, thereby pressing the grinding roller tightlyGrinding ringThe grinding roller rotates around its axis simultaneously. The material lifted by the rotating shovel is thrown between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, achieving crushing and grinding due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The ground powder is drummedfanThe airflow is blown to the classifier above the main machine for screening. Those that are too fine or too coarse still fall into the main machine for re grinding, while those that meet the specifications for fineness flow into the double cyclone collector with the wind. After collection, they are discharged through the powder outlet pipe to obtain the finished product (with a particle size of up to 400 mesh). The purified airflow flows into the blower through the pipeline at the upper end of the large cyclone collector, and the air path is circulating. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding room, the airflow in the other pipelines flows under negative pressure, and the indoor hygiene conditions are good. Due to the moisture contained in the material evaporating into gas during grinding, the gas leaked into the air ducts at the flange joints, feed ports, and other locations in the pipeline increases the air volume in the circulating air path. These increased air volumes are guided to the residual air dust collector through the residual air duct between the blower and the host. The powder carried in with the airflow is collected by the residual air dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere through the bag of the residual air dust collector.

Main technical features


1. Host improvement: Increase the height of the grinding roller and ring, and enlarge the blade to improve the grinding surface and force and increase production. The grinding roller device adopts the new design of DF type floating oil seal for coal mining machinery to prevent dust intrusion, which extends the refueling cycle, significantly reduces maintenance time, effectively improves production time, and increases output.

2. Improvement of reducer: The reducer has been replaced with a new type of reducer, and the main engine speed can be adjusted according to the user's needs from a single speed to increase the grinding force and production output.

3. Improvement of classifier: The classifier adopts a built-in large blade cone turbine classifier, and the particle size of the finished product can be adjusted freely within 80-400 mesh, which improves the classification accuracy and airflow area.

4. Improvement of cyclone collector: The cyclone collector adopts a super large cyclone collector with high collection efficiency.

5. Fan improvement: The blower has been changed from a regular fan to a high-pressure fan, doubling the air pressure and greatly improving the pneumatic conveying capacity.

6. High output and low energy consumption: The output has increased by more than 15% on the basis of the original 4R3216 powder mill output.
