Overview
Sound waves with a frequency exceeding 20kHz are called ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves are a type of mechanical wave and a propagation process of mechanical vibration in elastic media. Their characteristics are high frequency, short wavelength, small diffraction phenomenon, and good directionality, which can become rays and propagate directionally. Ultrasonic waves attenuate very little in liquids and solids, making them highly penetrable. Especially in solids that are opaque to light, ultrasonic waves can penetrate lengths of several tens of meters and will have significant reflections when encountering impurities or interfaces. According to the principle of ultrasonic propagation in a medium, if the pressure, temperature, density, humidity, and other conditions of the medium are constant, the speed of ultrasonic propagation in that medium is a constant. Therefore, when measuring the time required for ultrasonic waves to be emitted and reflected by the liquid surface, the distance traveled by the ultrasonic waves can be converted to obtain the data of the liquid level.

(1).Integrated ultrasonic level gauge
1、 Product classification
●Two wire system: The power supply DC24V and signal output (4-20m) share a single two core cable, which is a standard transmitter form with relatively weak transmission power and slightly longer detection cycle.
●Three wire system: The power supply circuit and signal output circuit are independent. When using DC24V power supply, a 3-core cable can be used, and the negative end of the power supply and the negative end of the signal output share the same core wire
●Four wire system: The power supply circuit and signal output circuit are independent. When using DC24V power supply, a 3-core cable can be used, and the negative end of the power supply and the negative end of the signal output share the same core wire; When using AC220V power supply, or when using DC24V power supply and requiring complete isolation between the power supply circuit and the signal output circuit, a 4-core cable should be selected.
●Application locations: storage tanks, chemical tanks, ponds, material troughs, water channels, water wells, grain warehouses, silos, etc.
●Tested media: clean water, sewage, mortar, mud, acid-base solution, chemical reagents, lubricating oil, heavy oil, asphalt, ore, grain, solid particles, etc.

If the liquid being measured fluctuates violently, please choose a model one level higher. The effective range for measuring solid material level is 1/2 to 2/3 of the liquid level
