Working Principle:

This series of crushers comprehensively utilizes the combined forces of impact force, shear force, ultrasonic eddy current generated by blades, and high-frequency vibration to crush materials. The material is sucked into the crushing chamber through the feeding port under negative pressure, and under the strong airflow between the blades and modules, it generates impact, shear, and grinding. The material stays in the main engine for a short time, and the airflow takes away the heat in the crushing chamber at any time, so that the heat generated during the crushing process does not accumulate. It can prevent excessive crushing from causing the material temperature to rise. After crushing, the powder that meets the particle size requirements enters the material collector under negative pressure and is then discharged into the finished product through the discharge valve. The fine dust in the airflow is effectively intercepted by the dust collector, ensuring that there is no dust flying during the production process, which meets the requirements of hygiene, cleanliness, and environmental protection, while also reducing material loss. The collection device can be adjusted around the host according to the user's on-site location.
