(1) When the buzzer of the 50T force measuring instrument continuously emits an alarm sound, it indicates that the measured force value has exceeded the set weight limit, and can only be restored to normal after reducing the load.

(2) If the instrument does not display data values and displays time after turning on, it indicates that the instrument has not received data from the scale body. Please check if the A/D of the scale body is powered on or if the battery voltage is insufficient (below 6.0V indicates insufficient voltage). If data cannot be received within 10 meters, please also check if the scale body antenna is in good contact. If it is damaged, please replace the spare antenna.

(3) The instrument panel does not display when turned on, and the LCD screen flashes. It is possible that the instrument battery is damaged or low, and it still cannot be turned on after charging. Please replace the battery.

(4) If200 ton dynamometerThe instrument receives a signal, but regardless of the size of the heavy object, the instrument displays zero. Follow the set operation and enter 9999 when required to enter the number, then press the backlight confirmation button. Use your hand to pull the scale body and check if the internal code changes. If the internal code does not change, it indicates poor contact of the sensor. At this time, check the connection of the sensor wire.

(5) If you only hear the printing sound and do not see the paper output during printing, it is possible that the printing paper has been used up and needs to be refilled.
