500KW air-cooled screw chiller product features:
1. Durable and energy-efficient compressor
Selected original imported high-efficiency twin-screw compressors from Taiwan Hanzhong and Germany Bitzer, with energy efficiency 20% to 30% higher than general brand compressors.
2. Internal thread high-efficiency evaporator
The copper tube of the evaporator is reinforced with internal threads, and the surface of the copper tube is threaded, with a smooth appearance and significant cooling effect. The shell tube evaporator is wrapped with 30mm thick rubber insulation cotton to prevent condensation on the surface of the evaporator and avoid loss of cooling capacity.
3. Programmable microcomputer control system
The company has developed a PLC computer control system that can remotely monitor and control the status of the chiller. It can be timed to turn on and off and record various fault causes. It is easy to operate, has a low failure rate, and is intuitive and reliable.
4. Stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal water pump
