1、 Details introduction:

The 5-55 type ventilation fan is an efficient and energy-saving product developed by our company, used for ventilation and exhaust systems in smelting, chemical, pharmaceutical, and dust removal production lines. In coal-fired boiler systems, various types of boilers with evaporation capacities ranging from 20 tons/hour to 800 tons/hour can be equipped with ventilation and induced draft systems.

1. Capable of outputting higher exhaust pressure and providing more gas flow at the same time, with lower noise. Capable of stable operation at higher medium temperatures.

2. By matching different pulley diameters, the fan speed can be flexibly set to operate at the highest efficiency point, reducing energy waste.

3. Provide motor sliding guide rails for easy tensioning of belts, reducing energy loss caused by belt looseness.

4. The bearing box is reserved with installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the installation of fan operation monitoring devices.

5. Using liquid lubricating oil, changing and adding lubricating oil does not require opening the bearing housing. The bearing box is equipped with an observation window, which allows for easy observation of the quality and stock of lubricating oil.

6. The bearing box uses a labyrinth mechanical seal, with a unique anti oil leakage design inside, ventilation holes in the * section, and sealing grease applied to the joints, eliminating the possibility of oil leakage in the bearing box.

7. The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to eliminate the structural internal stress generated during welding, ensuring that the impeller does not undergo creep and crack formation.

8. The impeller undergoes high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
