2、 Fan usage:

5-47 series centrifugal induced draft fanThe boiler induced draft fan with a total pressure efficiency of 90.5% is specially designed to adapt to various coal qualities and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices (1-20 tons/hour) for industrial boilers. Nowadays, it is widely used in the boiler industry, and the air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan used vary greatly. 3. The cooling method for bearings should be based on the gas temperature and usage environment conditions, selecting low-cost water cooling or oil cooling with better heat dissipation performance. For extremely high temperature operating conditions, electronic coolers can also be installed to protect the reliable operation of the fan system.

4. We will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high temperature resistant alloy steel, and high temperature resistant high-strength alloy steel for the materials of the impeller and main shaft according to different working conditions, temperatures, and speeds, so that the impeller and main shaft can maintain reliable strength at high temperatures.
