Sprinklers for cooling tower are divided into: DC sprinkler, reflective sprinkler, flower orchid sprinkler, splash sprinkler, multi-layer sprinkler, TP11 sprinkler, Harmon sprinkler, XPZ sprinkler, XPH sprinkler, rake sprinkler, unfilled tower sprinkler, spray sprinkler, square tower sprinkler
Characteristics of cooling tower nozzles: high strength, light weight, low water pressure, low spray height, uniform water distribution, good splashing effect, easy installation and maintenance, adjustable water volume, good heat dissipation effect, especially suitable for cooling water. Advantages of using nozzles for cooling towers: uniform water distribution, low working water pressure (nozzle outlet working pressure is only 0.6mH2O), pressure adaptability range, and less likely to clog. Due to its specially designed locking and anti loosening device, it can be firmly connected to the water distribution pipe without falling off, ensuring the long-term safe operation of the water distribution system. Under normal usage conditions, spray
Types of nozzles used for cooling towers,4-head up spray cooling tower spray nozzle
1. Gravity scattering type

2. Spinning spray type 3. Reflective type (II, III)
The working principle of the nozzle device for cooling towers is that pressure water enters the snail shaped nozzle horizontally along the tangential direction, rotates in the cavity and makes a downward spiral motion, and is sprayed from the nozzle below. After the water sprays out, it forms an umbrella shaped rotating body of water, which impacts the splash bar and splash blades, scattering into evenly distributed mist like small water droplets that fall onto the top surface of the filling material.
4-head up spray cooling tower spray nozzleThe cooling tower nozzle is a component that distributes water in the cooling tower. This nozzle consists of a nozzle housing, an inner core section, a mixing section, and a flange. The nozzle housing is connected to the nozzle with a cylindrical rectifier section using threads or flanges. The inner core section has a central cylindrical flow channel and four inclined flow channels. After passing through the inner core section, the cooling water is divided into a cylindrical flow and four rotating streams, which are vigorously mixed in the mixing section and discharged through the nozzle outlet. This nozzle has low water supply pressure, low cost, and stable quality, and can be widely used in circular and square counter current towers.
