The system consists of a light source projection unit and a camera lens, which collect surface data through optical principles. And by analyzing the common features in multiple images, obtain the overall data of the workpiece. The distance between the system light source and the lens can be set to capture digital images of different sizes (FOV), with a single photo range including 50 × 50mm, 100 × 100mm, and even 800 × 800mm. Its camera range is flexible and there are basically no object size restrictions.
The Advance R1X scanner has high application flexibility. Optional turntable, capable of 360 ° rotation scanning and automatic data stitching. It can also be installed on a tripod and moved to various positions for high-speed measurement. It can capture high-resolution digital images of 1.4 to 5 million pixels (single photo), generate high-density point data, and collect fine part data. High speed scanning can complete the data collection of a car door in about 15 minutes.
The system can be connected to standard laptops for use, and with its lightweight body for easy transportation, it can accurately measure in different environments.
