With the explosion of 3D glass in the smartphone industry and the acceleration of localization of mobile phone accessories, Chinese enterprises have ushered in a new round of competition in the core high-temperature material market. The demand for 3D, 2.5D hot bending machines and heating systems in the market is about to enter a procurement peak. Renowned 3D glass suppliers such as Foxconn, Bern Optics, and Huaying Technology have gradually increased their procurement of hot bending machines. Currently, hot bending heating equipment is mostly imported from South Korea (DTK), Japan, Europe, America, and Taiwan, with South Korea having the largest share. Against the backdrop of limited equipment production capacity and high prices in South Korea, domestic hot bending machine companies have taken the lead and made significant efforts in equipment research and development, improvement, and upgrading, utilizing their own advantages. Multiple technical indicators have surpassed those of South Korean equipment.
As key components of the hot bending machine, the use of electric heating plates and high-temperature heating tubes is a great challenge for many hot bending machine manufacturers and users. At present, Kunshan Tenaijia Hardware and Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. has cooperated with well-known domestic composite material enterprises to successfully develop high-temperature heating tubes (as shown in Figure 1) and silicon carbide ceramic heating plates (as shown in Figure 2) suitable for 3D glass hot bending machines. The products are used in high-temperature environments of 800 degrees and 850 degrees, with good electrical performance and a product life of over 6000 hours.

The silicon carbide ceramic heating plate of the hot bending machine has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, and high temperature deformation resistance. Based on these excellent properties, combined with specialized electric heating tubes for hot bending machines, the performance can completely replace the currently used high-temperature resistant stainless steel, tungsten steel, various alloy heating plates, as well as expensive foreign ceramic heating plates.
