Its working voltage range is between 3.6kV and 550kV, and it belongs to high-voltage electrical products. The switchgear is mainly composed of a cabinet body and a central withdrawable part (i.e. handcart), and the overall structure includes independent compartments such as handcart room, busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. The handcart room is used to install circuit breaker handcarts, the busbar room is used to install high-voltage AC busbars, the cable room is used to connect cables, and the relay instrument room is used to install instruments and relays. The design of this switchgear makes each part independent of each other, making it easy to maintain and repair.

1. Overall structure: It consists of two main parts: the cabinet and the central withdrawable part (i.e. handcart). The main electrical components have their own independent compartments, such as handcart room, busbar room, cable room, instrument room, etc. ‌

2. Functional features: It has overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and other functional solutions, which can meet the needs of various forms of distribution equipment. High strength tracks are installed on both sides of the handcart compartment for the handcart to move and slide from the isolation/testing position to the working position inside the cabinet. During the process of moving the handcart from the disconnected/test position to the working position, the valves on the upper and lower static contact boxes are linked with manual operation and automatically open; When moving in the opposite direction, the valve automatically closes until the handcart returns to a certain position and covers the static contact box, forming effective isolation. At the same time, the valve on the live side can be locked to ensure that maintenance personnel do not touch the live body. When the circuit breaker room door is closed, the handcart can also be operated. Through the observation window on the door, it is possible to observe the position of the handcart in the compartment, the opening and closing indicators, and the energy storage status indicators. ‌

3. Technical features: KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable AC metal enclosed switchgear, with cabinet frame designed according to the metal enclosed armor withdrawable structure, equipped with new fully insulated vacuum circuit breakers or sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers inside the cabinet. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure with a beautiful appearance, which improves the coordination accuracy between the handcart and the cabinet. It can quickly organize production, assembly, and timely delivery, improve the utilization rate of the required assembly area, and is easy to form mass production. This product complies with GB3906 and IEC-298 standards and can be equipped with various types of circuit breakers. It is widely used in general power systems and places with frequent operations. ‌
