1、 Basic specifications (model: K32100/DH32100)

Outer diameter x length: 320mm x 1000mm (tolerance ± 2mm)

Inner diameter: 220mm (standard interface)

Suitable for flower board: with a diameter of 325mm and an opening

Interface form: Six ear quick release (standard)/flange (optional)

2、 Filter material configuration (standard/optional for Tongshuai)

Standard filter material: flame retardant polyester long fiber (280-300g/㎡, Dongli base fabric)

Optional upgrades: PTFE coating (waterproof, oil resistant/easy to clean), anti-static (surface resistance ≤ 10 ΩΩ), HV fiberglass composite (high temperature resistance)

Flame retardant rating: UL94 V-0 (oxygen index ≥ 32), suitable for spark/flammable and explosive dust working conditions

Filtering accuracy: 0.3-5 μ m; 0.3 μ m efficiency ≥ 99.97% (film coated version can reach 99.99%)

Filter area: 22-28 square meters (with wide pleats and deep corrugated design, large dust holding capacity)

Initial pressure difference: ≤ 150Pa (wind speed 0.45m/s)

Final resistance: 400-600Pa (it is recommended to change the threshold)

Rated air volume: 300-2000m ³/h (adjusted with filter speed)

Backblowing pressure: 0.4-0.8MPa (suitable for pulse cleaning)

End cap: 0.8mm thick galvanized steel plate/stainless steel, impact resistant and non deformable

Skeleton: Inner and outer galvanized punched mesh (0.8mm)/304 stainless steel, resistant to negative pressure

Sealing: Polyurethane PU foam/chloroprene rubber, air leakage rate<0.5%

Temperature resistance range: -20 ℃ to+85 ℃ (conventional); High temperature resistant model ≤ 180 ℃
