The WAW-300B microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is a high-precision material testing equipment that uses hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, and can achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: testing host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and testing equipment. The maximum test force is 300kN, and the accuracy level of the testing machine is level 1. According to user needs, it can also be expanded to level 0.5 (please specify when ordering).
The WAW-300B testing machine is a product with strong universality, which can meet various standard tests in the national regulations on metal tensile testing. It can also perform tensile, compression, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to other standards. It can obtain performance indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified non proportional tensile strength, elastic modulus, etc. of the tested materials, and can achieve closed-loop control such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, constant rate displacement, and constant rate strain. It can also conduct process qualification performance verification tests on materials or products.
The host of this product has a dual space structure, with a tension space between the upper and lower crossbeams and a compression space between the lower crossbeam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by the rotation of the sprocket and screw to drive the lower crossbeam up and down. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with wedge-shaped clamping jaws with built-in hydraulic control. Standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat clamping blocks for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile testing; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressure plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressure plate with a spherical pair, which can be directly used for compression testing.
The design of the mainframe of the testing machine considers the possibility of expanding and assembling other fixtures to complete more experiments. For example, bolt clamps can be used for bolt tension and load holding, bending clamps can be used for bending tests of round bars or plates, shear clamps can be used for shear strength tests of round bars, and anti bending, shear, splitting, elastic modulus instruments can be added in compression space to perform corresponding tests on concrete and cement samples. In addition, various tests of the product can be completed by using fixtures such as steel balls, anchor chains, and fasteners.
