The 2BFG series rotary tillage, fertilization, and sowing machine is a new type of compound rotary tillage, fertilization, and sowing machine designed and manufactured to adapt to the development of agricultural mechanization in ChinaOperation machineThe tool is made up of onerotary tillerComposed of several additional components such as fertilization and sowing. It can complete multiple processes such as rotary tillage, soil crushing, layer fertilization, sowing, soil covering, and compaction in one operation before plowing. The whole machine has a compact structure and light weight, and can be used with medium-sized tractors ranging from 36.8kW to 66.2kW for operation. It has a wide range of power versatility and is suitable for strip sowing of grains such as wheat.
The 2BFG series rotary tillage, fertilization and sowing machine has the following structural characteristics: good rigidity, symmetrical left and right, balanced force distribution, and durability. Due to the plowing width being larger than the outer edge of the rear wheel of the accompanying tractor, there are no tire or track marks after plowing. The ground surface is flat and tightly covered after plowing, with high efficiency and low fuel consumption. The plowing depth, fertilization depth, and sowing depth can be adjusted, and the range is large. By using a spiral shaped arrangement of curved knives, the soil surface can be chopped up and thrown backwards, forming a parabolic soil flow inside a semi enclosed hood. At the same time, the seeding/fertilizer shaft is driven by the ground wheel drive, and the fertilizer is inertia fertilized from the front fertilization channel using an external groove wheel fertilizer applicator. The seeds are seeded through a disc type trencher using the external groove wheel fertilizer applicator, so that the seed fertilizer falls into the appropriate part of the parabolic soil flow space, and the parabolic soil flows backwards to cover it. Then, the soil is compacted by a compactor to ensure that the sown fertilizer and seeds are in close contact with the soil, which is conducive to fertilizer retention, seed germination, and emergence, and increases yield.
