3. Main components

The vacuum induction melting furnace is mainly composed of a furnace body, an induction heating device, a vacuum system, a secondary feeding device, etc. The furnace body adopts a double-layer water-cooled structure, and the jacket formed between the two layers can carry away the heat transferred to the furnace shell through cooling water, so that the furnace wall temperature does not exceed 60 ℃.
