Reagent preparation

Extract solution, acetonitrile/water (84+16): Take 84mL of acetonitrile and add pure water to make up to 100mL, mix well.

Sample extraction

1. Accurately weigh 25g of sample and 5g of sodium chloride into a homogenization cup;

2. Add 100mL of acetonitrile/water (84+16) solution;

3. High speed homogenization for 2 minutes;

4. Centrifuge at 6000RPM for 5 minutes or filter with qualitative filter paper;

5. Accurately measure 8mL of supernatant or filtrate and transfer it to a dedicated test tube for purification.

Sample purification

1. Insert the rubber head of the purification column into the test tube containing the above sample solution from the top of the test tube, and press the purification column down to the bottom of the test tube;

2. Pour the purified sample extract from the upper part of the purification column into a test tube;

3. Take 4mL of purified extract, blow it dry with nitrogen, dissolve it in 1mL or 0.5mL of mobile phase, filter it through a microporous membrane, and analyze it on the machine

2. Mobile phase: Acetonitrile/Water (10+90)

4. Detector: UV detector: 218nm
