1、 Product Introduction:

3、 Instrument operation:

1Fill the circulating water tank with water.

2Turn on the power switchtemperature controlSwitch, at this point, the water will circulate and heat up, causing the water level to drop. It is necessary to continue adding water to the sink until the water hole above flows outwards.

3Set the instrument to the desired temperature value. The routine test is60℃。

4、 Experimental steps:

1Heat the sample to a temperature higher than the test temperatureInject into the sample tube at 2-3 ℃ (if the test temperature is lower than room temperature, the sample needs to be cooled to 2-3 ℃ lower than the test temperature), and the quantity should be based on the mark on the rod when the liquid level reaches the vertical position of the ball stopper rod.

2The sample should be kept at least at the test temperature in the water tank30min, When the temperature of the measured sample is within ± 0.1 ℃ of the test temperature, adjust the liquid level of the sample to the mark on the ball rod, and then continue to maintain it for 1-3 minutes

3Remove the evaporating dish under the flow hole and place it in a receiving bottle or graduated cylinder with its center facing the flow hole. The receiving bottle or graduated cylinder can be pre filled with soapy water or mineral oil20ml, To facilitate washing and accurate reading.

4Lift the ball stopper and hang it on the edge of the sample tube with a marker, waiting for the sample to flow into the receiving bottle or measuring cylinderPress the stopwatch when 25ml (graduated cylinder scale 50ml) is reached, and stop the stopwatch when 75ml (graduated cylinder scale 100ml) of the sample flows out.

5Record the outflow of the sampleThe time taken for 50ml, measured in seconds, is the viscosity of the sample.

6Report: The same sample shall be tested in parallel at least twice, and the difference between the two measurements shall not exceed the average valueAt 4%, take the integer of its average as the experimental result.

7Precision or allowable deviation: The allowable deviation for repeatability testing is the average value4%.

5、 Attention:
