Various ceramic fiber aluminum silicate needle punched blankets are made from ordinary, standard, high-purity, and zirconium containing aluminum silicate fiber cotton produced by the spinning process, through processes such as needle punching, heat setting, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and rolling.
Needle punched blankets with the same bulk density but different thicknesses provide users with a wide range of material selection to achieve the most efficient insulation structure and energy-saving benefits.
The diameter of the needle punched blanket is uniform, the fiber length is long, and the slag ball content is low, which comprehensively improves its fiber interweaving degree, anti delamination, performance, wind erosion resistance, flexibility, and tensile strength, thereby improving the application performance of the needle punched blanket and reducing material loss.
The aluminum silicate needle punched blanket does not use any bonding agent, ensuring that the product has good feasibility and stability in various environments.
Aluminum silicate fiber felt is mainly made of pyrophyllite as the main raw material, and is produced through processes such as melting, wire drawing (adding an appropriate amount of adhesive during the wire drawing process), curing in the curing chamber, and cutting. The entire process is controlled by PLC Automatic control, the product is molded in one go.
