This box furnace adopts a ceramic fiber furnace chamber, which has excellent insulation and energy-saving effects. The maximum temperature is 1650 ℃, and the heating element is a high-quality silicon molybdenum rod with a long working life and good furnace temperature uniformity. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is below 45 degrees. The furnace top is a reinforced composite structure that will not collapse during long-term use, ensuring the service life of the electric furnace. This series of electric furnaces is a specialized equipment developed for sintering, melting, and analyzing metal, non-metal, and other compound materials in laboratories and industrial and mining enterprises of higher education institutions and research institutes.
