Product Overview:

FaTEx gen fungal toxin specific column, based on multiple adsorption principles such as similarity compatibility and ion exchange. When the sample extraction solution passes through the SPE column in one step, impurities are retained on the packing. After passing through a 0.22-micron filter membrane, the target substance solution is obtained and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

The FaTEx gen solid-phase extraction purification method has been validated to be applicable to substrates such as corn, soybeans, rice, peanuts, and peanut butter for detecting fungal toxins, including aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, and 11 fungal toxins such as Fusarium oxysporum, deoxynivalenol (vomitoxin), and zearalenone.

The operation steps are simple and do not require activation equilibrium. The sample solution is purified in one step by passing through the SPE column;

The sample solution is passed through the FaTEx gen column at a rate of one drop per second for 5 minutes;

Equipped with a positive pressure solid-phase extraction device, batch of 6/12 pass through the column for higher efficiency;

Ø Paired with HPPE-48 high-throughput vacuum oscillation concentrator, batch 48 for solvent reconstitution, higher efficiency;

Storage, transportation, and use at room temperature;

Sample extraction:

Weigh 2g of the sample (solid sample needs to be crushed and sieved through a 1mm sieve), add 12mL of 70% acetonitrile solution (containing 0.5% formic acid) and mix evenly;

High speed oscillating machine oscillates for 30 minutes, centrifuge (≥ 3500rpm) for 5 minutes;

Sample purification:

Take 5mL of supernatant and pour it into the FaTEx gen SPE column (with a 0.22 μ m filter connected to the bottom of the column);

Collect filtrate by pressurized purification at a flow rate of 1 drop per second;

Take 1.2mL of the filtrate and concentrate it to a slightly dry state, then dissolve it in 1mL of 50% acetonitrile aqueous solution;

Analysis by LC-MS/MS
