Notes:
1. The A and B rods of the high-voltage phase shifter should be grounded separately. If the ground wire of a rod falls off during operation, the work should be stopped and the measurement should be carried out after it is connected.
2. The high-voltage phase shifter should be placed in a dry place and the insulation resistance value should be checked regularly. The contact hook of the 35KV phase shifter should be grounded about 60M. The 6-10KV phase shifter should be around 27mm.
3. Four people, but not less than three, shall work on site and fill out the second type of work ticket.
4. In the design of high-voltage phase stabilizers, efforts have been made to minimize exposed metal parts, but high levels of concentration should still be maintained during operation to prevent short circuits between lines and grounding accidents.
