The DITEEOA800H oil spectrometer mainly includes an excitation system, an optical system, and a readout system
1. The arc or spark generated by the discharge of the excitation system directly acts on the tested oil sample, exciting the outer electrons of the element and producing characteristic spectral lines. The graphite disk electrode continuously rotates to bring oil between the electrodes. There is a huge potential difference between the graphite disk electrode and the rod electrode. When the potential difference between the electrodes reaches a discharge state, high voltage discharge occurs at the gap between the electrodes, generating high-temperature arcs or sparks, providing instantaneous high temperature, causing the oil sample on the disk electrode to burn, vaporize and plasma. The discharge gap generates instantaneous high temperature, which can fully excite various elements in the oil sample and produce stable emission spectra. The spectral signal is flexibly introduced into the Roland circular spectroscopy system through ultraviolet optical fibers.
2. The optical system uses a grating placed on a Roland circle to collect and split the characteristic spectral lines of the excited elements (the larger the focal length and the more grating lines, the higher the resolution and the better the splitting effect); The detector receives and performs photoelectric conversion on each characteristic spectral line.
3. The readout system periodically reads the charge on the detector and converts it into a digital signal, which is the intensity of the characteristic spectral lines of each element. The intensity is proportional to the element concentration. The readout system compares the standard curve, analyzes, processes, and outputs the data to obtain the content of each element.
