Microseal "B tablet is a sticky sealing film suitable for thermal cycling applications using thin-walled PCR reaction plates. After applying sufficient pressure to the hot cap, a strong adhesive layer ensures safe storage or transportation of samples before and after cycling, and ensures a tight seal during PCR. When using this sealing membrane on a semi skirt PCR reaction plate or automated transfer plate system, the perforated membrane end can be removed. It can be provided separately or as part of a light film sealed reagent kit. Through this transparent polyester film, sample wells can be inspected and light can be effectively transmitted for optical measurements (including fluorescence quantitative PCR). Reliable adhesion is effective from -40 ° C to 110 ° C. These tablets do not contain DNase, RNase, or human DNA.
