There are three models in the product lineup, in addition to the flagship model CS-3000 HDR and standard model CS-3000 of the CS-3000 series, it also includes the cost-effective model CS-2000Plus, which is equipped with high-speed computing CPU and new algorithm/INTERLIGHT DARK function on the traditional model CS-2000.

With high sensitivity and low noise measurement design, high-speed and high-precision measurement can be achieved when measuring TV and smartphone displays, or when measuring micro displays with small measurement angles. Through the focus locking function and a new design, the potential impact of instrument installation direction on measurement values is weakened, making the device also suitable for vertical installation. By installing an illuminance adapter (optional accessory), it can also be used as a reference device for projector measurement.

Inheriting excellent optical design and signal processing technology, it has achieved high precision required for measuring standard values of various light sources such as display screens. CS-3000 strictly follows the recommended requirements of CIE 122-1996 for chromaticity measurement, using a half wave width measurement of less than 5nm throughout the entire visible light wavelength range to ensure accurate measurement of signal-to-noise ratio suppression at low brightness. In addition to the CIE1931 xy chromaticity, it also ensures the accuracy of u'v 'in the CIE1976 UCS chromaticity diagram.

Today's display screens are constantly upgrading to provide more realistic and high-quality images. To meet the measurement requirements of these excellent displays, CS-3000HDR can achieve accurate measurements within a wide dynamic range from low to high brightness by measuring the standard value at a commonly used 1 ° measurement angle. In addition to the current mainstream LCD and OLED, it also supports standard value measurement for HDR displays such as Micro LED and Mini LED.

A series of tests under low brightness conditions, such as gamma measurement of display screens, low brightness uniformity measurement, and I-V-L measurement of display screen materials, may take several hours or more to complete if traditional spectrophotometers are used. This is a major issue in both research and development, production, and quality management. The CS-3000 is equipped with the following new features, which greatly reduce the measurement time of Gamma by less than 1/4 of the previous time.

FAST mode: The measurement integration time is approximately 1/6 of NORMAL.
SUPER FAST1 mode: The measurement integration time is approximately 1/20 of NORMAL.
SUPER FAST2 mode: The measurement integration time is approximately 1/90 of NORMAL.

By measuring the light source and dark current every time and calculating the difference in measurement values to eliminate the influence of dark current fluctuations, the spectrophotometer can achieve higher accuracy. Dark current measurement may sometimes be skipped to save measurement time, but the dark current value may fluctuate with the passage of time and other changes. At this point, the fluctuation will be superimposed on the previously calculated light intensity, resulting in a decrease in measurement accuracy. The INTELLIGENT DARK function can use compensation information from sensors to compensate for fluctuations while skipping dark current measurements, thereby reducing measurement time while maintaining high accuracy.

The function of detecting the luminous frequency of the display screen and setting the measurement integration time to an integer multiple of it. It can avoid poor repeatability caused by the "synchronization deviation" due to the mismatch between the measurement integration time and the emission frequency without extending the time.
