Hengguang Intelligent Shadow NearInfrared two zone live imagingSystem MARS

NIR-II in-vivo Imaging , Near infrared two zone fluorescence imaging is a new small animal live imaging technology that has emerged in recent years, breaking through the limitations of traditional fluorescence imaging technology. It has the advantages of large penetration depth, high spatial resolution, and fast speed, and is known as the next generation of fluorescence imaging technology. Combined with infrared dual zone bioluminescence probes, it can be applied in many studies such as vascular imaging, tumor imaging, organ imaging, surgical navigation, pharmacological efficacy evaluation, and drug distribution in vivo.
Compared with traditional infrared first region (NIR-I, 600-900 nm), near-infrared second region NIR-II, 1000-1700 nm) fluorescence imaging has the characteristics of less tissue absorption, weak light scattering, and low spontaneous fluorescence background, and has more obvious optical imaging advantages:
Penetration depth greater than 15mm
Spatial resolution better than 3 μ m
Time resolution of approximately 4ms
Infrared two zone live imagingtechnical advantage
high sensitivity

The core camera of Hengguang Zhiying's new generation MARS system adopts Teledyne Princeton Instruments' NIRvana series, which has advantages such as high sensitivity, low noise, and high-speed imaging. Provide high-quality imaging data for various live animal research projects.
·Liquid nitrogen refrigeration series, capable of reaching -190 ℃, suitable for single-molecule level ultrafine fluorescence imaging;
·The high-speed series can exceed 250 frames per second, suitable for fluorescence lifetime, vascular imaging, surgical navigation, etc
·Large dynamic range enables simultaneous monitoring of strong and weak signals, providing insights for research on drug metabolism, tumor metastasis, and more
Provide more reliable quantitative analysis.
high resolution

Comparison of intracranial vascular imaging in mice
The MARS system provides two independently developed high-resolution, high-throughput shortwave infrared lenses: FAST and Pathfinder, which can achieve simultaneous macroscopic observation of two rats (30 × 36cm); It can also zoom continuously to achieve precise analysis at the microscale (600 × 720 μ m). Allowing the system to no longer be limited by limited field of view selection greatly enriches the potential application scope of in vivo imaging.
We have a complete small animal live optical imaging system that can be personalized to meet different needs.
MARS's near-infrared two zone camera adopts Teledyne Princeton Instruments' NIRvana series, which provides high-quality imaging with excellent quantum efficiency and noise suppression technology.
The two customized optical solutions of FAST and Pathfinder can meet the experimental needs of different scenarios, from overall shooting of mice under a large field of view to local microscopic analysis. The optical solution of * provides users with excellent light flux and signal intensity while ensuring spatial resolution.
The MARS system adopts a unique overall design, with an open user interface that brings convenience and flexibility. The modular design can facilitate user expansion of functions and integrate imaging systems such as ultrasound, photoacoustic, CT tomography, fluorescence lifetime, PET-CT, MRI, etc., providing seamless multimodal imaging solutions.
