By using a blue light source with linearly controllable irradiation intensity, real-time monitoring and precise control of irradiation intensity and dose can be achieved. Research on Personalized Light Exposure Model and Mechanism

Exposure to blue light can cause damage to retinal cells, leading to a decrease or even loss of vision. The degree of harm to the retina caused by short wave blue light with wavelengths between 400-460 nanometers. At the 2010 International Association of Optics Annual Meeting, world optical experts unanimously pointed out that shortwave blue light has energy and can penetrate the crystalline lens directly to the retina. Blue light irradiation on the retina produces free radicals, which can cause the decline of retinal pigment epithelial cells. The decline of epithelial cells can lead to a lack of nutrients in light-sensitive cells, resulting in visual impairment, which is irreversible.
The animal blue light exposure system produced by Tawang Technology is specifically designed for modeling retinal injuries in animals and can provide a stable blue light exposure environment with adjustable brightness. The standard provides a blue purple light source, LED light board, wavelength of 400-435nm, and adjustable light intensity of 0-35000klux. The system consists of a controller, remote control, experimental lighting box, and an animal white light exposure system for selection.
